Because of our location, we are lucky enough to have access to state of the art gym facilities. Our spacious treatment rooms are located above the gym, where we will focus most of our time.
Our team is confident in treating all types of conditions, from back pain to sporting injuries - we have you covered. Anyone is welcome at Your Health Physio, and no referral is required. We treat workers compensation, DVA and TAC patients, as well as private.

History of Grovedale
The area was first known as Germantown as several families from the German Lutheran origin had settled in the region in 1849. Grovedale went through several developmental changes over the ages. On 1st March 1916, the Post Office was renamed as Grovedale. In the area two hotels opened, there were two flour mills, there were two tanneries and four wool-washing businesses.
Grovedale Connectivity
Grovedale is situated on Surfcoast Highway. This highway helps in linking the suburb to Geelong and with other coastal towns. Pioneer Roads helps in connecting the suburb equally, as it runs east-west through Grovedale. However, it took the road a long time to complete, and it wasn't completed till the 1980's. Benders Bus Lines operate buses in the region. McHarryns Buslines is another bus operator which makes travelling easy for the residents and visitors of the suburb. There are several plans to extend rail services.
Living in Grovedale
It was in the 1960s that massive residential expansion started in the region. Initially, the housing estates started branching off from Surfcoast Highway. Later from the 1970s to 1990s, there was rapid expansion towards the west all along the Heyers Road, Pioneer Road and Church Street. There may not be a number of places of interest in Grovedale, but one can certainly move around the suburb, enjoying the tranquillity and harmony of the area. There are a number of eateries, restaurants and pubs in the region where visitors can enjoy delicious food.
