Physio Golden Grove is (from our research) one of the most common searches our patient's use to find us, followed by Physiotherapist Golden Grove and interestingly, Physiotherapy Golden Grove. Patients often search us by suburb first, however, and as a result, some other typical searches include Golden Grove Physio, Golden Grove Physiotherapist and or Golden Grove Physiotherapy. Though not a direct variation to the two above, a broader approach is often taken with a search like; physio near me, or if a practice is more intended then physiotherapy near me is quite often the search. We have found that depending on the demographics the use of the word 'in' features quite heavily, and so we'll often see Physio in Golden Grove, Physiotherapist in Golden Grove and Physiotherapy in Golden Grove as common phrases. In the end, we do our best to be as visible and accessible for our patients in and around our local area as possible.

Golden Grove was named after the last ship commanded by the suburb’s founder, Captain Adam Robertson. He and his wife arrived and settled in the area in 1839. In 1853, Captain Roberston donated an acre of land to the people in the area to establish a school.
During the early days of settlement, freestone quarries were used in the area to provide building materials.
In 1930, the Golden Grove house and farm were sold, while in 1972 most of the remains of the estate were acquired by sand mining company Boral. A year after, the government began to purchase land in Golden Grove and nearby suburb for Wynvalle for housing. The land was eventually contracted to be developed.
Progress happened in the suburb over the years with areas being developed for housing and other facilities such as a shopping complex, a nursing home and a retirement village.
The main shopping complex in Golden Grove is called The Grove Shopping Centre, where major retailers like Big W, Woolworths and Foodland are found. Banks and other speciality shops are also found in this centre.
Golden Grove’s three primary high schools; Gleeson College, Pedare Christian College and Golden Grove High School are linked together in a complex at the southwest end of the suburb. A recreation hub is also located in this area. The schools Golden Grove Primary School and Pedare Primary Campus also operate in the suburb. The suburb has a sports field complex and an expansive recreation park.
