General FAQs

What is physiotherapy?

For people suffering from different health issues and injuries, physiotherapy is the way to get well. Perhaps your problems are pain, stiffness, or reduced mobility. Professional physiotherapists will be able to improve your lifestyle through their experience and training. Physiotherapists feature varieties of tools to help you get to your goals.

Some of the most effective ways to treat are:

Physiotherapists have to train for at least 4-years at a university to graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master's. The level of training received ensures they have a sound understanding of the human body. With their earned knowledge, they perform a set of examinations to identify and treat the underlying issue. You can quickly get back to a healthy life with the help of your Physiotherapist!

In Australia, there is no need for a doctor’s referral to see a Physiotherapist. Yet, physio’s work simultaneously with your doctor and other health care professionals to deal with complicated issues. The primary goals of Physiotherapy are to develop, preserve, and restore after an injury or a sickness. The aim is to make sure you once again get to do the things you like the most and lead an injury-free lifestyle without any disruptions in your regular lifestyle.
